Some tips for food safety:
1. The Products are stored in -18 degree temperature, in order to eliminate bacteria activation, which may cause diseases. 2. The utensils and food itself should be maintained well hygienic and clean, to make sure no pollution related diseases.
3. Chilled foods are kept at a temperature zero to 3 degree which is not frozen, it may not be good if frozen.
4. Keep Mortadella inside the refrigerator covered to avoid damage and drought.
5. Make sure the oil is hot enough to make Kibbah red, if oil is cold it may break into pieces.
6. Do not use the oil for frying repeatedly, it may cause disease.
7. The sambosa and kibbah are frozen; allow melting it to get red color when fried.
8. In order to make the Hamburger ready, keep the hamburger on shelf in the Refrigerator for five hours, to become soft and take paper separators out without cracking burgers. 9. In order to grill the Burgers put some oil or ghee on Grill and stir both sides until mature.
10. To fry Sambousa and Fajita, the best way is to put it on pan with little oil and stir it until mature. 11. The best way to roast Kebab is on coil and stirs it until mature. 12. In case to boil eggs keep separate pots to avoid pollution.
13. In order to keep fish in refrigerator for long time, take the internal parts out, and cover with plastic bag, meat and chicken also do the same.
